How To Enter 

• Every candidate must ensure that their work is uploaded online (Youtube, Vimeo, Soundcloud or another suitable online video or audio client), and then must fill out THIS FORM in full. 

*NOTE: the link to your piece MUST remain live until January 2026. Any back-up material to support your entry is welcome but not essential, please send to awards@bjtc.org.uk.

• In order for us to accurately verify that the entries are from students on BJTC courses, every entry will be ratified by a course tutor.

• Entries must be accompanied by an entry fee of £20.00. There is one FREE entry per university submitted by the course leader in either the Best TV Newsday category, Best Radio Newsday category, or Best Newday Website category.

• Payments can be made online to The BJTC, NatWest, sort code: 54-21-47 account number: 21953759. Please quote the Payment ID stated on you application form as reference. Universities can pay via a company credit card (please note an extra charge of 2.75% will be added to your total fee). Please call 0204 537 3627 in order to pay by credit card. Receipts are available on request. Acceptance of payment confirms your entry.
